As an Ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church, Sarah has long held the conviction that standing places where Jesus healed, where Paul preached, and where the early church first gathered can profoundly shape our faith journeys. The earliest followers of Jesus were known not as Christians, but as followers of “the Way”—the Greek word hodos, meaning road, path, or journey.

Joseph brings a deep love for church history and world cultures, and together we see travel as an invitation to explore new cities and landscapes and the sacred stories that have shaped our faith. Whether it’s walking the ancient roads of Israel, tracing Paul’s footsteps through Greece, standing in the cathedrals of Europe, or simply being still on the Camino, we believe every journey is an opportunity to listen to God, to history, to each other.
